Hello! I'm Aaron Reider, LLPC, a therapist that specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
You arrived here today because you're ready for change. You're tired of struggling to get out of bed or maybe you're ready to turn off that nagging self-critical voice that says you're never good enough. You want help, but reaching out is intimidating. What if I pick the wrong therapist? What if therapy isn't for me?
These are normal questions to have. Choosing a therapist for the first time or even the third time can be difficult. I believe in helping you get the right person. Schedule a 15 -minute consultation to see if I'm the right fit for you.
Individual Counseling for Adults
Individual counseling is an excellent way for you to explore yourself in an unconditionally accepting environment. If you feel tired of searching for change alone, this service is for you.
Brainspotting is a mindfulness practice utilized to process longstanding trauma that has thus far been resistant to change. For some people, this therapeutic approach to trauma is just the solution they need to rid themselves of symptoms that have plagued them for years.
Court Related Services
In addition to counseling, I provide court-related services such as supervised parenting time, hardship waivers for clients in the immigration process, and reunification therapy.
You're exhausted after a long day at work. Get therapy where you need it.
It is my belief that successful therapy is rooted in the empathetic relationship that exists between us. For this reason, you'll notice that I dedicate time to understanding you and your unique situation. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I am dedicated to providing you with therapy that is empirically driven and dynamic. This means that therapy is catered to you and your everchanging situation. I often bring a blended approach utilizing CBT, brainspotting, person-centered, existential, and solutions-focused inspired methods.
You can expect..... A truly nonjudgemental environment, a therapist who is invested in your healing, a comfort to explore things you've been terrified to say out loud, a pathway to healing.
